As a good player for my club I always hoped I would have the opportunity to be selected for my region and ultimately my country. The strength and conditioning programme Cardiff PT Studio placed me on took me to a different level, and as I start my journey in senior rugby I still come back to the studio for extra sessions on top of all my regional and international training. Thanks to the guys at the Studio, I hope I can make you proud!
