All of our trainers are fully qualified Personal Trainers on the Register of Exercise Professionals (REPs). REPs is the assurance mechanism for the fitness industry that ensures exercise professionals are appropriately qualified and insured.

Our trainers work by appointment only but we are flexible to your needs. Some clients want to train at 5.30 in the morning, others not until 8.00 at night - we will place you with a trainer that suits your requirements!
